How much time should I expect to spend?
If you spend 15 minutes lacing up your shoes, running 1 kilometre and changing back into your clothes, you can expect to spend 15 minutes every day on your workout.

The first month is a 30-day streak with a 1 kilometre run every day. After the first month, you are invited to increase the distance by 30% and continue your 30-day streak again. A habit change takes anywhere between 21 and 90 days. You will therefore receive daily follow-up during this crucial period of training.

Since the programme can be completed without increasing the distance, the training will consistently take only 15 minutes a day. Every day.

How much does it cost?
The programme costs DKK 26,000, i.e. DKK 6,500 per month.

You can read and hear about the content of the four months on the different pages, but in general, the programme can be cancelled during the course if something does not meet your up to your expectations. Although the months are described separately, the elements may be moved around depending on what suits you best.

You can expect to learn Christina's entire programme if you complete all 4 months, regardless of the order in which they are taken.

Christina's 100% commitment is that you will never need a running coach again after the 4 months of her programme. You'll have the knowledge and tools to be your own coach - and inspire others to run - forever. The programme is an investment in your health and in running as a form of exercise.

What results will I achieve?
In fact, there's no limit. If you're dreaming of a marathon - or ultra - tell Christina the first time you talk. Then the programme will be organised accordingly. It could also be running 5 km under 20 minutes or losing a certain amount of weight.

Christina's approach to training is so creative that no matter what, within the first 10-14 days you will be invited to set a specific goal. Because then it becomes simple to plan for. You'll soon realise how planning around a training goal becomes a guideline that makes training simple. Once you have learnt how to plan your training in month 3.

Is the programme only focused on running?
Yes and there are three reasons why.

Firstly, Christina has 40+ years of running experience and can help all levels of runners. She understands all the possible goals there are to set in running, and she knows all the injuries and injuries that occur to runners - and solutions to keep them all at bay.

The second reason is that running IS the most effective form of exercise for health. Many people prefer cycling or swimming, but both of these sports don't "beat" the body and require a much greater time commitment to complete a workout that makes a difference. With running, you'll work up a sweat AND hit your bones, tendons and joints within the first kilometre.

The third reason to run is the essence of Christina's training programme is that running is for everyone. Humans are born to run. Our evolutionary history includes thousands of years of running as a tool for survival.

That being said, the training plan can also be used for other types of training.
